Does a memory pop up of when you were feeling very happy? What were you doing at the time?
We’re you sharing an event with a good friend or family member?
Are you out of breath doing an activity you really enjoy?
Has a wonderful event occurred? Did you reach a goal that you had been working on?
Are you sad about having lost someone, something, some treasure?
Take that memory and a few pieces of fabric and create this moment to share with others.
