It sure has been a very rainy wet summer this year but that has made for a lot more time in the house sewing. Fall is fast approaching, the chill is in the air, the leaves are beginning to turn, and the berries are ready for picking. For many of us, this is an exciting and wonderful time of year. We are closing our gardens and getting ready for winter, which also means we have a lot more time for sewing and quilting, HURRAY!
Seward Quilters are unable to meet and sew together during the summer but fall brings us back together again. We sew together every Tuesday from 8am to 4pm, so if you are in Seward on a Tuesday, we would love to have you stop by and say hello. We have several retreats planned this winter and we will be continuing to work on our several ongoing community projects.
