The Executive Board proposes the following By-Law change to the membership for approval at the October 2015 Annual Membership meeting. Strike Through indicates removal from the By-Laws. Italics indicates a change in By-Laws.
ARTICLE 4 – Officers
Section 5: Duties of Officers and Committee Chairs shall follow the Policies and Procedures for their respective position.
Section 5 (m): KENAI PENINSULA STATE FAIR QUILT SHOW CHAIR shall coordinate the quilt show at the Kenai Peninsula State Fair.
Section 5 (m): WEBSITE CHAIR shall research and/or coordinate the establishment, maintenance and updating of the Guild’s website.
