By-Law Changes

The Following By-Law changes will be presented for a vote at the October 5, 2019 General Membership Meeting.

Amendment of:  Article 4, Section 2:  The appointed offices shall be Historian, Librarian, Newsletter/Publicity Chair, Hospitality Chair, Retreat Chair, Membership Chair, Member-At-Large (as necessary - see Article 4, Section 5 (l), and Website Chair, and Public Information Officer.

Addition of:  Article 4, Section 5 (n)L  PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER shall develop and maintain contact lists, communicate with entities about events, classes, workshops, etc., shall list for membership events on a 6 month basis, and shall update Guild’s Facebook Page and Guild Website with pertinent information.
