Fiber Shows at Peninsula Galleries

 
Dimensional Thread Vessels

A treasure of 3D vessels created by machine embroidery made by Beth Blankenship will be on display at Bunnell Street Art Center in Homer in July. She is exploring how all earthly things are connected by the smallest threads and we as humans potentially alter these connections. Bunnell is open 11-6 Monday through Saturday and noon-4 Sunday.

Ferrous & Fiber” at Kenai Fine Art Center

Beautiful hand dyed and beaded creations by Chelline Larson will be on display at KFAC in old town Kenai for the month of July. Original yard decor by Chelline and her husband are part of the show. The center is open noon-5 Monday through Saturday.

Central Peninsula Happenings

QUILT WALK will be in Soldotna for the month of July.  Quilts of many sizes and techniques will be displayed in businesses throughout the community. Pick up a passport at any of the participating stores and enter for wonderful prizes.

A Craft Bazaar and Quilt Show will be at the Soldotna Senior Center during the Soldotna Progress Days. This show is open Friday July 26 and Saturday July 27 from 10-4.
